The Greenhouse is a private, invite-only chat app for Happy Happy Houseplant ("HHHP") and the creators it works with. HHHP runs it. Kinsort LLC builds and hosts it for HHHP. Only people HHHP invites can sign in.

What we keep

• Your email address, for your invitation and the codes you sign in with.
• Your profile: your name, your photo, the social handles you add, and the role HHHP gives you.
• What you post: messages, photos and links, and the reports and blocks you make.
• Service records: the sign-in service keeps a log of sign-ins with your email address, and our hosts keep ordinary server logs.

There are no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no analytics tools in the app. We never sell your information.

Who sees it

• Everyone in a channel sees that channel's messages and photos. A direct message is seen only by the two people in it; managers cannot read other people's direct messages.
• Everyone in The Greenhouse sees your name, photo, handles and role.
• When you report a message, HHHP's managers see the report and a copy of the message.

Where it is stored

Supabase stores the database and photos in the United States. Resend sends the sign-in emails. These companies handle your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member. To delete your account, email [email protected]; deleting it from inside the app is on its way. Deleting an account removes your profile, photo and sign-in. Messages you posted stay in their conversations, shown as from a "Former member".

Children

The Greenhouse is for adults who work with HHHP. It is not meant for children.
